If you are between 18 and 67 years old, the municipality will offer you Norwegian language course within 3 months of arrival.

You will have a Norwegian course plan that outlines the level of proficiency you should achieve. The target Norwegian level is determined based on your educational background. The plan will also have a start date and end date.

We work towards the following Norwegian proficiency levels:

A1, A2, B1, B2.
